As a Jobseeker, ZipHire is currently available as a mobile application. The ZipHire app will bring you opportunities in the form of employment, whether that be local, unskilled part-time work or Graduate roles based nationwide - all catered to match your profile and preferences. Recruitment is now personal, instant & mobile. 



The concept of ZipHire is to reverse the roles of recruitment. Traditionally, jobseekers would search for vacancies on their local high street or online before applying via application form or CV. On the other hand, Employers recruiting would have to advertise in-store and online, wait for candidates to apply before undergoing the interview process. 



With ZipHire Employers no longer have to wait, they can browse through profiles using Candidate Search, they can Publish Post’s into our localised live feed viewed by thousands of local jobseekers or even better, Fire An Alert. Fire An Alert offers Employers the capability to send pushed notifications to the home screen of Jobseekers smartphones. Not only this, but Fire An Alerts can be filtered to target a reach depending upon certain profile characteristics such as Experience, Education and Location.
